How many free regular hot drinks can I get?
We’ll release the free hot drink codes every day, ready for our Octoplus customers to claim. There are limited codes available and claiming your freebie will be on a first come, first served basis.
We’re a tea drinking, coffee loving nation, so claim your free hot drink sooner rather than later, whilst they’re available. Once they’re gone, they’re gone (until next week).
Why are codes now released every day?
We’ve updated how we release our free coffee codes to make it fairer for everyone! Instead of all codes being claimed in the first couple of days, we now release them daily - giving you more chances each week to grab a free drink on us.

What size drink do I get?
The one free hot drink reward is based on a regular hot drink size only.
Codes are not compatible with large hot drinks and you can’t redeem your code against a large hot drink and pay the difference.
Which hot drinks are included?
There’s a hot drink for everyone! You can choose a regular hot drink from either:
- Coffee – i.e., Americano, White Coffee, Cappuccino, Latte, Speciality Latte (vanilla), Mocha, Flat White or Espresso
- Tea – i.e., English Breakfast Tea, or Speciality Tea (Green or Peppermint)
- Something sweeter – Hot Chocolate
Alternative milks are also included where available.
You can also use your code on regular speciality or seasonal hot drink choices, subject to availability.
You can add syrups to your speciality Latte but this will be an additional charge you’ll need to pay. Code can’t be used on cold drinks.

No. You can only use one free hot drink code per transaction.
Can I change my reward?
We’re sorry to hear you would like to change your reward. Unfortunately, once selected we cannot change your reward. Don’t worry, you can claim another free drink each week!
I forgot to use my code, what can I do?
Unfortunately, if you don't use your code within the set validity, the code can’t be reinstated or made visible again on your Octoplus account. But don’t worry, you’ll have the chance to claim another free drink every week from Monday morning.

What do I get with the VUE offer?
We’re helping you share the experience of the big screen with a friend, for less. Enjoy 2 general admission tickets for £8 with no booking fee. Plus, to make it even more tasty you can save 15% on food and drink when you spend over £15 (excluding alcohol, advertised Combo packages and non-Consumables, toys, promotional retail packaging, 3D glasses etc).
The reward entitles you to two general admission 2D tickets for £8, this is for Super Saver seats only. Upgrades are available on booking; you will need to pay the additional cost. The offer can be redeemed for a screening at Vue, 7 Days a week, in all venues and no booking fee!
The reward also entitles you to a 15% on food and drink voucher. Redeemable against purchases over £15.
Once claimed, how do I redeem?
Once you’ve claimed the Vue offer through your Octopus account, you’ll be given an Octoplus promo code, which entitles you to redeem 2 adult cinema tickets for £8.
We’ll give you all the details you need once you claim but here’s some key information for now:
- Once you’ve activated the offer, you’ll be provided with an Octoplus promo code (this is not your cinema ticket code) which needs to be redeemed via the Vue dedicated booking page. You’ll have 7 days from when you claim to redeem your Octoplus promo code on the dedicated booking page.
- IMPORTANT: Your promo code will only work on this dedicated page, not on the main Vue website.
- Enter your promo code on the Vue offer page and complete the purchase.
- After this step, Vue will email you 2 cinema ticket codes and 1 food & drink discount code. Your email from Vue can take up to 60 minutes to arrive.

How long do I have to use the Vue offer?
Once you’ve claimed your promo code through Octoplus rewards, you will have 7 days to redeem this with Vue. Once redeemed, your Vue tickets are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Remember your Octoplus promo code, is not your cinema ticket code, to get your cinema tickets enter your promo code on the Vue dedicated booking page.
The 15% off food and drink (£15 minimum spend) voucher is valid for 30 days from purchase. The exact expiry date will be shown at the time of claiming, on your Octopus account.

How do I redeem my tickets?
Once you've claimed your Octopus promo code via the Octoplus rewards app, you'll need to enter this on the dedicated Vue booking page to get your Vue cinema tickets. You'll then receive an email from Vue containing your two cinema ticket codes. You'll need these two codes to book your seats at myvue.com on the Vue app or in person at the box office.
The 15% off food and drink (minimum spend £15) can only be redeemed at the box office and not over the phone or online, show your voucher to the Vue staff member who will apply the discount to your purchase.
Which days can I redeem my tickets on?
The offer can be redeemed for a screening 7 days a week with no booking fee. The screenings you book and/or attend must be before your voucher code expires.
Can I upgrade my seat or film format?
Vue tickets can be used to book upgrades to VIP, Lux, Recliner, Xtreme seating or Gold class screenings online and at the Box Office at an additional upgrade fee. IMAX upgrades will also be at an additional cost, and we recommend checking pricing directly with the cinema before purchase of Vue E-Codes.
Tickets can be upgraded to a 3D screening and 3D glasses must be purchased separately at an additional charge online or in the venue.
Can I redeem multiple codes in one transaction?

You could be dining out Monday to Thursday every week with 25% off main meals for up to 8 people. You can claim one 25% off main meals reward per week.

A maximum of one code per week can be claimed per Octoplus customer. You will have 14 days from the day you claimed your code to redeem at your chosen location Monday to Thursday.
What can I use my 25% off main meals code on?

What happens if I don’t use up all of my free 30 minutes?
The 30 free minutes can be split across multiple rides within the 7-day usage period. If there are any minutes left and this has now fallen outside of those timeframes, the free minutes will have automatically expired and will be no longer available in your account.
