What do I get with the ODEON offer?
With Octoplus, we’re helping you share the experience of the big screen with a friend, for less. Enjoy 2 ODEON adult cinema tickets for just £10. The adult admission cinema tickets are based on two standard seats, to view a standard 2D film. The offer can be redeemed for a screening on Monday to Thursday, at any UK ODEON cinema, excluding ODEON Luxe.
How often can I claim the ODEON offer?
You can claim the offer every week if you’d like! A maximum of one code can be claimed per Octoplus customer, per week. You can then use your code for screenings between Monday and Thursday.
Once claimed, where do I find my reward?
Once claimed, your reward can be found in your Reward History, on the Octoplus tab in your Octopus Energy account.
Once claimed, how do I redeem?
Once you’ve claimed the ODEON offer through your Octopus account, you’ll be given a unique code, which entitles you to redeem 2 adult cinema tickets for £10.
We’ll give you all the details you need once you claim but here’s some key information for now:
Online Redemption - The offer code can be redeemed online at odeon.co.uk, or on the myODEON app. Select your chosen ODEON cinema, film, date/time and add your code into the section that states ‘Have a Special Code?’. Once the code has been entered your tickets will be reduced to the correct amount at checkout. Any seat or film format upgrades will be an additional cost. Online booking is subject to a £1 booking fee, per ticket. There is no booking fee to use the code in the cinema at the kiosk.
In App Redemption – Once you have registered to the App and selected your film, location and seats you will need to add your code into the Barcode Voucher section. This will reduce your tickets to the correct amount at checkout.
In Cinema Redemption – Avoid the £1 online booking fee per ticket, by redeeming your ODEON code at the ticket kiosk – just enter your code at the checkout when prompted. You can’t redeem your code at the box office or retail counter.
How long do I have to use the ODEON offer?
Once you’ve claimed the ODEON offer, you’ll have 30 days to redeem your unique code. The exact expiry date will be shown at the time of claiming, on your Octopus account. Your claimed offers will also be kept safe in your ‘Rewards History’ on your Octoplus account, which helps you keep track of your offers.
Which days can I redeem my tickets on?
The offer can be redeemed for a screening on Monday to Thursday. The screenings you book and/or attend must be before your voucher code expires.
Can I upgrade my seat or film format?
Yes, you’ll still be able to upgrade your seat type and/or film format but you’ll need to cover the cost of any upgrades, as these aren’t included within the offer. Upgrade prices may vary but further information will be presented when booking.
Can I redeem multiple codes in one transaction?
The voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount, however, if you have claimed a free ticket via our Saving Sessions you can use that on the same booking.

The tickets I claimed aren’t in my Rewards History anymore
Just a reminder that we’ll add any claimed offer codes to your Rewards History, so that you can easily keep track of them. But, as you can claim the ODEON offer every week, your Rewards History could start to get quite full.

A code can be redeemed:
- Against 2 x adult admission tickets (standard seats, 2D film), excluding IMAX screens
- At UK ODEON cinemas, excluding ODEON Luxe
- For a screening on Monday - Thursday
- Online or at an in-cinema kiosk (not retail counter or box office)
How many free regular hot drinks can I get?
You could be sipping one free hot drink, every week. Every Monday, we’ll release the free hot drink codes, ready for our Octoplus customers to claim. There are limited codes available every week and claiming your freebie will be on a first come, first served basis.
We’re a tea drinking, coffee loving nation, so claim your free hot drink sooner rather than later, whilst they’re available. Once they’re gone, they’re gone (until next week).
How often can I claim the Greggs offer?
You can claim the offer every week if you’d like!
A maximum of one code can be claimed per Octoplus customer, per week. You need to use your code with Greggs in the same week you claim it - the code expires Sunday at midnight.

Once claimed, your reward can be found in your Reward History, on your Octoplus account.
Once claimed, how do I redeem?
Once claimed, you can use your free hot drink code at any Greggs store in the UK, except Greggs stores located in MOTO service station forecourts, simply show your QR code to the cashier when ordering your hot drink.

How long do I have to use the Greggs offer?
You need to use your code with Greggs in the same week you claim it - the code expires Sunday at midnight.
What size drink do I get?
The one free hot drink reward is based on a regular hot drink size only.
Codes are not compatible with large hot drinks and you can’t redeem your code against a large hot drink and pay the difference.
Which hot drinks are included?
There’s a hot drink for everyone! You can choose a regular hot drink from either:
- Coffee – i.e., Americano, White Coffee, Cappuccino, Latte, Speciality Latte (vanilla), Mocha, Flat White or Espresso
- Tea – i.e., English Breakfast Tea, or Speciality Tea (Green or Peppermint)
- Something sweeter – Hot Chocolate
Alternative milks are also included where available.
You can also use your code on regular speciality or seasonal hot drink choices, subject to availability.
You can add syrups to your speciality Latte but this will be an additional charge you’ll need to pay. Code can’t be used on cold drinks.

Our free hot drink code is available to use at any Greggs store in the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland, excluding those located in MOTO service station forecourts, or airports.

Can I redeem multiple codes in one transaction?
No. You can only use one free hot drink code per transaction.
I forgot to use my code, what can I do?
Unfortunately, if you don't use your code within the set validity, the code can’t be reinstated or made visible again on your Octoplus account. But don’t worry, you’ll have the chance to claim another free drink every week from Monday morning.
The code I claimed isn’t in my Rewards History anymore
Just a reminder that we’ll add any claimed offer codes to your Rewards History, so that you can easily keep track of them.

- Cold (Iced latte, Iced Americano, Iced Cappuccino, Iced Pistachio Latte and Iced Cherry Latte)
- All plant-based dairy alternatives.
- Syrups can also be added to your drink.

You could be dining out Monday to Thursday every week with 25% off main meals for up to 8 people. You can claim one 25% off main meals reward per week.
How often can I claim the 25% off main meals offer?
You can claim the offer once a week, every week!
A maximum of one code per week can be claimed per Octoplus customer. You will have 14 days from the day you claimed your code to redeem at your chosen location Monday to Thursday.
What can I use my 25% off main meals code on?
You can use your 25% off main meals code Mondays to Thursdays only, excluding Bank Holidays and Celebration days such as Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The code is valid for up to 8 people dining at one table, paying in the same transaction.
The offer is not valid on drinks, breakfast dishes, children’s meals, meal deals, set menus, brunch, tasters or sharing boards.

Your 2 for 1 pass gives you free admission for an adult or child when accompanied by a full paying adult (adults are those aged 18 or over), into places in England and Wales, under the National Trust care. Excludes non-standard admission, group entry, transport, and any paid events.
How often can I claim the National Trust offer?
You can claim the offer once up until 9th March, subject to availability.
Each code claimed gives you free admission for an adult or child when accompanied by a full paying adult (adults are those aged 18 or over).
There are limited codes available, so claiming your freebie will be on a first come, first served basis.
Once claimed, how do I redeem?
Once you’ve claimed the National Trust offer through your Octoplus account, you’ll receive a barcode and a unique code. You can redeem at your chosen National Trust England and Wales property or place. We’ll give you all the details you’ll need when you claim. You can print off your code by logging into the desktop version of the Octopus Energy account (not the app) and find the code in your rewards history, otherwise take a screenshot on your mobile to save the code.
How long do I have to use the National Trust offer?
Once you’ve claimed the National Trust offer, you’ll have until 14th March to plan and book your visit.
Your claimed offers will also be kept safe in your ‘Rewards History’ on your Octoplus account, which helps you keep track of your offers.
Which National Trust places can I visit?

Are there any venues I can’t visit
There are some places which are exempt from the free admission offer, which can be found at nationaltrust.org.uk/guest-pass-exemptions(Link opens in a new tab).
Do I have to pre-book my visit?
Not always, but some properties do require pre-booking, so it’s worth checking this on at nationaltrust.org.uk(Link opens in a new tab), when planning your visit.
If you do need to pre-book, just ‘book a visit’ online and then:
- Select your Standard Adult tickets, visit date (14th March or earlier) and visit time (if required) then ‘Go to Basket’.
- Enter discount code OCTOPUS241 in the Discount Code box and click ‘Apply’.
- If your basket includes the correct tickets during the redemption period, the discount will be applied.
- Click ‘Checkout’ to complete the transaction. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email.
- Bring along both your booking confirmation and the Octopus 2 for 1 voucher. Present these to the National Trust team member on arrival. Without these you will be charged full price.
