How many free regular hot drinks can I get?
We’ll release the free hot drink codes every day, ready for our Octoplus customers to claim. There are limited codes available and claiming your freebie will be on a first come, first served basis.
We’re a tea drinking, coffee loving nation, so claim your free hot drink sooner rather than later, whilst they’re available. Once they’re gone, they’re gone (until next week).

How long do I have to use the Greggs offer?
You need to use your code with Greggs in the same week you claim it - the code expires Sunday at midnight.
What size drink do I get?
The one free hot drink reward is based on a regular hot drink size only.
Codes are not compatible with large hot drinks and you can’t redeem your code against a large hot drink and pay the difference.
Which hot drinks are included?
There’s a hot drink for everyone! You can choose a regular hot drink from either:
- Coffee – i.e., Americano, White Coffee, Cappuccino, Latte, Speciality Latte (vanilla), Mocha, Flat White or Espresso
- Tea – i.e., English Breakfast Tea, or Speciality Tea (Green or Peppermint)
- Something sweeter – Hot Chocolate
Alternative milks are also included where available.
You can also use your code on regular speciality or seasonal hot drink choices, subject to availability.
You can add syrups to your speciality Latte but this will be an additional charge you’ll need to pay. Code can’t be used on cold drinks.

No. You can only use one free hot drink code per transaction.
Can I change my reward?
We’re sorry to hear you would like to change your reward. Unfortunately, once selected we cannot change your reward. Don’t worry, you can claim another free drink each week!
I forgot to use my code, what can I do?
Unfortunately, if you don't use your code within the set validity, the code can’t be reinstated or made visible again on your Octoplus account. But don’t worry, you’ll have the chance to claim another free drink every week from Monday morning.

What do I get with the VUE offer?
We’re helping you share the experience of the big screen with a friend, for less. Enjoy 2 general admission tickets for £8 with no booking fee. Plus, to make it even more tasty you can save 15% on food and drink when you spend over £15 (excluding alcohol, advertised Combo packages and non-Consumables, toys, promotional retail packaging, 3D glasses etc).
The reward entitles you to two general admission 2D tickets for £8, this is for Super Saver seats only. Upgrades are available on booking; you will need to pay the additional cost. The offer can be redeemed for a screening at Vue, 7 Days a week, in all venues and no booking fee!
The reward also entitles you to a 15% on food and drink voucher. Redeemable against purchases over £15.
Once claimed, how do I redeem?
Once you’ve claimed the Vue offer through your Octopus account, you’ll be given a promo code, which entitles you to redeem 2 adult cinema tickets for £8.
We’ll give you all the details you need once you claim but here’s some key information for now:
- Once you’ve activated the offer, you’ll be provided with a promo code and then directed to the dedicated Vue booking page to purchase your Vue tickets. You’ll have 1 month from when you claim to redeem your promo code.
- Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you can then make your booking at myvue.com, on the Vue app, or directly at the box office. The 15% off food and drink can only be redeemed at your chosen Vue location (not online) and on purchases over £15.
- You’ll also receive a confirmation email, containing QR codes for each of your cinema tickets and food and drink offer. You’ll have 7 days to redeem your Vue tickets. The food and drink voucher will be valid for 30 days.

How long do I have to use the Vue offer?
Once you’ve claimed your promo code through Octoplus rewards, you will have one month to redeem this with Vue. Once redeemed your Vue tickets are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.

How do I redeem my tickets?
Your cinema tickets can be booked online in advance at myvue.com or in person at the box office.
The 15% off food and drink (minimum spend £15) can only be redeemed at the box office and not over the phone or online, show your voucher to the Vue staff member who will apply the discount to your purchase.
Which days can I redeem my tickets on?
The offer can be redeemed for a screening 7 days a week with no booking fee. The screenings you book and/or attend must be before your voucher code expires.
Can I upgrade my seat or film format?
Vue tickets can be used to book upgrades to VIP, Lux, Recliner, Xtreme seating or Gold class screenings online and at the Box Office at an additional upgrade fee. IMAX upgrades will also be at an additional cost, and we recommend checking pricing directly with the cinema before purchase of Vue E-Codes.
Tickets can be upgraded to a 3D screening and 3D glasses must be purchased separately at an additional charge online or in the venue.
Can I redeem multiple codes in one transaction?

What do I get with the National Trust offer?
Enjoy a family day pass for just £8 – that’s a saving of over £42. The family day pass covers standard admission for up to 2 adults and up to 3 children at over 200 National Trust places in England and Wales, under the National Trust care. Excludes non-standard admission, group entry, transport, and any paid events.
Adults visiting without any accompanying children are welcome to use the pass too.
Your pass doesn’t include parking, non-standard admission, paid transport and paid events, unless these are free within standard admission. Passes cannot be used for group admission.
What age do children need to be?
Children aged 5 to 17 inclusive are covered with the family pass. Under-fives visit free and can be additional to the number of visitors specified. Adults visiting without any accompanying children are welcome to use the pass too.
How often can I claim the National Trust offer?
You can claim this offer once until 21st November, once claimed you’ll have until 12th December to plan your family day out. There will be more chances throughout the year to grab another family pass.
Once claimed, how do I redeem?
Once you’ve claimed this offer, you’ll need to purchase your £8 family day pass. You can do this via a dedicated booking page that you’ll be given once you’ve claimed. You’ll also be given a unique code that you’ll need when purchasing your pass.
When purchasing the pass, you’ll be asked to select a date, don’t worry, you don’t need to go on that specific date, you can use your pass any day up to and including 12th December, subject to capacity, terms and any pre-booking requirements.
Your unique code needs to be added in the code box under ‘Additional information’, this is on the final checkout page. Your code can’t be entered in the Discount Code box on the basket summary page.
When getting to your chosen place, you’ll need to present your unique code found in your Octoplus account, along with your £8 day pass confirmation email, which will contain your unique barcode.

What happens if I don’t receive my confirmation email?
You need your confirmation email to gain entry to your chosen place, if you don’t receive this, please contact the National Trust Box Office: 0344 249 1895.
Do I need to use my pass on a certain date?
No, whilst you are asked to select a date during the purchasing process, you can use your pass any day up to and including 12th December. Remember to take your day pass confirmation email and present your unique code in your Octoplus rewards.
Some venues may require pre booking, so it’s worth checking this on the National Trust website, when planning your visit.

Which National Trust places can I visit?

Your visit time is subject to specific property standard opening times, and excludes Bank Holidays and Bank Holiday weekends. Places managed by English Heritage (including Stonehenge and Housesteads Fort), National Trust for Scotland and other organisations are also exempt from admission promotions.
Can I redeem multiple codes in one transaction?
No, just one family admission pass may be redeemed per household.

How do I use my offer?
Here’s how to make it happen:
- You will need to pre book your visit; you can only book via the dedicated Octopus link by clicking the “Use Now”.
- Pick your preferred date you would like to visit Marwell Zoo
- Tickets are limited each day. If your preferred date isn’t available, please try selecting a different day.
- When you claim this offer, you’ll be presented with a QR code. This will need to be presented on arrival alongside a valid ID matching the account holder’s name. Failure to do so will void your discount and full priced tickets will need to be purchased to enter.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
Yes, you can upgrade to an annual pass and come back again and again for a whole year.
To upgrade to an Annual Pass, show your admissions receipt or booking reference to a team member. You can also upgrade within 14 days by contacting [email protected] or calling 01962 777960 with your booking reference. The admission (excluding donation) will be deducted from the membership price.
